So, you've encountered an expired FSLM (Facility Social & Labor Module) self-assessment on Worldly? Don't worry; we've got you covered. In this guide, we'll explain what to do if your FSLM self-assessment has expired and how to get it back on track.
Why Did My FSLM Self-Assessment Expire?
FSLM self-assessments have a specific timeframe in which they need to be completed and submitted.
Posted FSLM self-assessment data are only valid for 60 days. If this timeframe has passed and has not been verified, your assessment may expire.
Solution: How to Handle an Expired FSLM Self-Assessment
If your FSLM self-assessment has expired, follow these steps to resolve the situation:
-
Contact Support
The first and most crucial step is to get in touch with our Support Team. You can contact them via email at Support@worldly.io or the chat feature on our platform. Request the reopening of your FSLM self-assessment.
-
Update Your FSLM Data
Once your assessment is reopened, review and update your FSLM data as necessary. Ensure that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
-
Verify Submission Date
Make sure that the submission date in FP-BAS-26 falls within two months from the current date. This is an important requirement to proceed.
-
Post the Self-Assessment (ASC)
After updating your data and ensuring the submission date is correct, post the self-assessment again.
-
Monitor Your Dashboard
If the vFSLM has already been purchased, it will reappear on your dashboard. If you haven't purchased it yet, a "Purchase" button will appear at the left part of the dashboard.
-
Proceed with Verification
With your FSLM self-assessment enabled again, you now have seven (7) days to proceed with the verification process and move the assessment status to "VRP" (Verification in Progress).
-
Extending vFSLM Validity
You don't need to request an extension every 7 days. Instead, if you anticipate that the verification process may exceed the initial 7-day period, you can contact our Support Team to extend the validity of the vFSLM module when the verification is approaching.
Please Note: There's no limit to how many times you can extend vFSLM validity. This flexibility allows you to complete the verification process without unnecessary time constraints.
