Please note that FSLM is an assessment that is adapted from SLCP assessments. If you need to verify the FSLM assessment, you will have to create an SLCP account. The FSLM uses the SLCP assessment tool and process, which means that all the questions asked are the same as those in the SLCP Data Collection Tool. The verification process that is followed is also in accordance with the rules specified in the SLCP Verification Protocol.
- Facility-Specific Profiles: In accordance with SLCP guidelines, each facility is required to create its own unique profile within the SLCP Gateway. These profiles serve as the foundation for initiating both self-assessments and joint assessments.
- Single Active Assessment per Profile: A crucial rule to remember is that each facility profile can support only one active assessment or verification at any given time. This means that a facility cannot concurrently manage multiple assessments under the same profile.
- Email Address Limitations: Another critical point to note is that an email address can be associated with only one facility profile. If an email address has already been linked or registered with one facility, it cannot be used to initiate a new registration or join another facility's profile.
- Variances in Business License Requirements: While these rules represent the standard procedure for creating profiles on the Gateway, it's important to acknowledge that specific countries may have unique business license requirements. For instance, in some cases, a single license might cover multiple addresses, or a facility might operate multiple divisions under one address, each with separate licenses.
To assist facilities in creating their Gateway profiles, SLCP created a table that outlines clear requirements and guidance for all operational countries.
When downloading the table, choose the best option for addresses and licenses.
