FSLM Dashboard
To view the FSLM dashboard on the Worldly platform, click Assessments > Higg FSLM on top of the homepage.
Below is what the FSLM Dashboard looks like.
Where to Find the vFSLM
-
As a Facility
Since the subscription already includes the vFSLM module, the facility needs to allocate the vFSLM module first to proceed with the verification process. To do this, they need to click the Allocate Verification button under Available Actions.
After allocating the module, this is how it will look like. This shows that the vFSLM is already allocated and is ready to be connected to SLCP. When the assessment is connected to SLCP (with PRJ ID), the link to select a VB will appear.
-
As a VB/VE
When the facility selected a VB on an ASC assessment, the VB will receive a notification email and may proceed to check the module. To view it, they need to go to Assessments > Higg FSLM > Modules > Verification Requests.
Once the VB approves the verification request, they can proceed to assign verifier/s on SLCP Gateway.

How Does the Verifier Marks, Correct, and Flag Questions?
- Below shows how a VE can mark the questions.
- The screenshot below shows that when marked as inaccurate, the VE can directly correct the facility’s response.
- Below shows that when a VE marks a descriptive question inaccurately, the VE cannot correct the answer directly, but needs to type an explanation on the Assessor/Verifier Explanation box.
- To flag a question, the VE needs to click the Flag icon as shown below:

Handling Expired FSLM Self-Assessments on Worldly
So, you've encountered an expired FSLM (Facility Social & Labor Module) self-assessment on Worldly? Don't worry; we've got you covered. In this guide, we'll explain what to do if your FSLM self-assessment has expired and how to get it back on track.
Why Did My FSLM Self-Assessment Expire?
FSLM self-assessments have a specific timeframe in which they need to be completed and submitted.
Posted FSLM self-assessment data are only valid for 60 days. If this timeframe has passed and has not been verified, your assessment may expire.
Solution: How to Handle an Expired FSLM Self-Assessment
If your FSLM self-assessment has expired, follow these steps to resolve the situation:
-
Contact Support
The first and most crucial step is to get in touch with our Support Team. You can contact them via email at Support@worldly.io or the chat feature on our platform. Request the reopening of your FSLM self-assessment.
-
Update Your FSLM Data
Once your assessment is reopened, review and update your FSLM data as necessary. Ensure that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
-
Verify Submission Date
Make sure that the submission date in FP-BAS-26 falls within two months from the current date. This is an important requirement to proceed.
-
Post the Self-Assessment (ASC)
After updating your data and ensuring the submission date is correct, post the self-assessment again.
-
Monitor Your Dashboard
If the vFSLM has already been purchased, it will reappear on your dashboard. If you haven't purchased it yet, a "Purchase" button will appear at the left part of the dashboard.
-
Proceed with Verification
With your FSLM self-assessment enabled again, you now have seven (7) days to proceed with the verification process and move the assessment status to "VRP" (Verification in Progress).
-
Extending vFSLM Validity
You don't need to request an extension every 7 days. Instead, if you anticipate that the verification process may exceed the initial 7-day period, you can contact our Support Team to extend the validity of the vFSLM module when the verification is approaching.
Please Note: There's no limit to how many times you can extend vFSLM validity. This flexibility allows you to complete the verification process without unnecessary time constraints.
Missing vFSLM: An Explanation and Solution Guide
Introduction: If you've purchased a vFSLM (Verification for Facility Social and Labor Module) and it has suddenly disappeared, there may be a straightforward explanation for this issue.
The Likely Cause: One common reason for the disappearance of your vFSLM is that your FSLM (Facility Social and Labor Module) self-assessment might have expired. The FSLM self-assessment is only valid within 60 days from the submission date entered in FP-BAS-26.
The Solution:
- Verify FSLM Self-Assessment Status: Log in to your account and access the FSLM self-assessment section. Look for the submission date in FP-BAS-26.
- Contact Support: If you find that your FSLM self-assessment has indeed expired, contact customer support to reopen your assessment to ASI.
- Update FSLM Data and Submission Date: Once your assessment is reopened, you will be able to update your FSLM data and ensure that the submission date aligns with the 60-day validity period.
- Post the Assessment: After successfully updating your FSLM data and ensuring compliance with the 60-day validity period, post the assessment to ASC.
- vFSLM enabled: You should be able to see the purchased vFSLM again on the account.
