As a vertical supplier, we have industrial wastewater discharged to a single ETP. Almost all the wastewater is from the T2, with much less from the T1. Can we consider the ETP as part of or belonging to the T2?

The facility would likely need to select the relevant facility production types within a single module. As a vertically integrated facility, only ONE FEM needs to be completed, and the wastewater results would be common for both facilities. For the energy, water, and waste sections, reporting would be separated, but the wastewater section would not be separated for vertically integrated facilities.
