If we conduct FEM 4.0 in February 2024, would our data for 2023 need to be aligned with the requirements of FEM 4.0? The FEM 4.0 will open in November 2023, so the 2023 data might not comply with the new standards.

As with every standard cadence, the data entered should correspond to the complete calendar year of that cadence. In other words, FEM 2023, also referred to as FEM 4.0, should be completed with data from 2023, even if you start the assessment in February 2024. All facilities are advised to prepare for data collection requirements as early as possible by accessing resource materials available from both Cascale and Worldly (Higg) support teams and pages.
