Yes, from FEM 4.0 onwards, any Energy Audit meeting ASHRAE Level 2 standard or above, within the last 5 years will be accepted. If the earlier energy audit has passed 5 years, then it's recommended that facilities should go for another one to further understand the areas for improvement and assist them in continuous improvement.
