Updating Facility Addresses on Worldly
The user admin/owner can follow the below steps to update the facility address:
1. Log in to https://app.worldly.io/ and click on your Profile on the upper right side of the screen and select Account Profile.
2. Then click the Pen Icon on the right side of the account address to edit your address.
3. Fill out the necessary details and click Save.
4. Once done, you may refresh the account page to see the updated information.
Note that you may also update other information under the "Account Profile" such as the facility website, industry, and tax ID.
Updating Email Addresses for Verifier Requests
For verifiers requesting an email address change for any reason, please contact Sumerra, the Verification Oversight Organization (VOO), and complete the Change of Company form. Once the VOO updates the verifier’s email address on their end, they will submit an official request to Worldly to update it in our system. Please note that Worldly Support cannot process email address changes without an official request from the VOO.
There is no need to create a new account with your new email address. We understand the importance of preserving your verification history, which is why we only require an update to your existing account.
Updating Account Names or Account Owners
How can I update our account name?
To update the facility’s account name, please submit a request to our support team here.
Please Note:
For security purposes, requests must be submitted by the account’s admin or owner, especially if the new account name significantly differs from the current one.
Our support team may request supporting documentation to verify your identity and ensure the account update is authorized.
How can I update the account owner?
Please make sure the email address of the new account owner is already registered in Worldly. If not yet, please visit our platform portal at https://app.worldly.io/ and register the email address first.
To create a user account, simply click on the "Create an Account" option and provide all the necessary information on the "Create your User Profile" page. Once you have filled out the form, please ensure that you read and agree to the Terms of Use by ticking the box at the bottom and then clicking on "Create User Profile."
After you complete the registration, you will receive a verification email for your newly created account. To activate your account, please click on the "verify" button provided in the email. This will verify your email address and finalize the verification process.
Once the new email address is verified, log in again to Worldly and join the existing facility account. After you've joined the account, please contact Support at support@worldly.io so the account owner can be updated.
