To add the FFC ID again, please follow the steps here: [How to manually add an FFC ID in Worldly](https://support.worldly.io/hc/en-us/articles/20837173288987?hsLang=en).   This article assumes you have found your [FFC ID on your Account profile page](https://support.worldly.io/hc/en-us/articles/20836830871323?hsLang=en) in the Worldly platform.    1. You will see the following pop up window.
