If you do not have an existing Worldly account or your facility was not matched by Worldly, then you will need to follow the steps below. They will guide you to create a new account and match it with your FFC Account.

Creating an account
There are two ways to navigate to the Worldly platform to create an account and link it to your FFC ID. The first is via the FFC platform – starting on February 8, when facilities try to complete an SLCP on FFC, they will be redirected to the Worldly platform.
The second way to create and link a Worldly account with an FFC ID is via email. Beginning on February 8th, you will receive an email from Worldly to create an account.

Steps for New Users

Please create your user profile:

Please check your email inbox to verify your email address:

Once you have verified your email address, you will log in to create a company account. Please select a Facility company account type:

Before creating a new company account, you will be prompted to search for your account, to ensure there is no pre-existing account. Please see this article on how to prevent duplicate accounts.

If you find your company already listed, you can request to join by clicking “Request to Join”. An existing member of the account can approve your request. If you do not see your company in the list, then please click “My Company is not listed”:

You will proceed to create a new account. At the top, you will be prompted to link the FFC Account to the new account you are creating. If you select Link Accounts, your FFC ID will automatically be added to this new company account:
Steps for Existing Users
If you have an existing Worldly account, your FFC ID has most likely been matched by Worldly. To check if your FFC ID has already been linked to your account please see guidance on how to do so here.
