Can a facility with multiple sub-factories located away from the main factory, extend the activities of their CMS team and apply all their CMS documents to the sub-factories on FEM self-assessment and verification?

Master CMS documentation can be used for all the facilities, but relevant documentation and relevant management team employees should be available during verification at any of the main or sub-facilities.

This is similar to multiple facilities being certified under an EMS (ISO 14001) certification.
