In the new HIGG FEM 4.0 Energy module, new questions have been introduced regarding the phase-out of coal. Would choosing coal as an energy source result in a deduction of scores in the assessment?

An industry that is currently using coal, can still achieve a full score for the Energy and GHG Section if they have an acceptable phase out plan for coal and other fossil fuels, and have at least replaced one fossil fuel source with renewables.
