What support and assistance will you provide?

We will offer training support and webinars as well as customer support to help guide you in using the platform and navigating the Higg Facility Social & Labor Module. 

Training resources are available in English, Chinese, Turkish, Spanish, Bengali, Italian, Vietnamese, Japanese, and Portuguese. For all other custom assessments, the support model will remain the same.
