You will receive an email from cs@worldly.io prompting you to login on the Worldly platform and purchase the subscription. If you do not know what factory to purchase on behalf of, please ask your brand partner or contact Worldly support here.

Yes. If indicated by your brand partner as requiring a custom assessment subscription, you will need a Worldly account to purchase the “Custom Assessment FFC” subscription. You will purchase the subscription on the Worldly platform.
