Q: Why are there unanswered questions in my Higg FEM module?
The Higg FEM 2023 module was updated with a fix to ensure that all sections and questions within the module align with the applicability logic for different types of facilities that are using the Higg FEM tool. The number and type of questions affected by this change varies by module but will be limited to the Chemicals and Water sections in Levels 2 and 3. As a result of these updates, the completion percentage for modules that are already posted may fall below 100% for some users.
Q: What does this mean for me, a facility?
Your completion percentage may have fallen below 100% due to unanswered questions that were available after the fix was applied. Now that all questions are visible, you are able to edit your responses for the previously-hidden questions in order to improve your score and achieve 100% completion. Modules will be available to edit from May 14 to June 17. After June 17, modules will automatically be reposted. If your module was verified, the status will automatically revert to verified after June 17.
Q: What does this mean for me, a brand?
Some of your facilities who utilize FEM may be impacted by the platform fix, and their completion percentage may have fallen below 100% due to unanswered questions that were available after the fix was applied. Now that all questions are visible, facilities are able to edit responses for the previously-hidden questions in order to better reflect their performance and achieve 100% completion. Modules will be available to edit from May 14 to June 17. We strongly encourage you to work with your facilities to achieve 100% completion rates in order to provide a comprehensive view of their performance and scores.
Q: How long do I have to complete my assessment?
Modules will be available to edit from May 14 to June 14. After June 14, modules will automatically be reposted to reflect their previous status.
Q: If I have not started verification yet, can I continue with verification after my assessment is complete?
Yes, once all questions have been answered, we recommend that you begin verification.
Q: If I have started or completed verification, will I need to go through verification again?
No. Please complete the unanswered questions and post your module. Your vFEM will be replicated with the additional answers included to provide you with a new, complete version of the vFEM. Do not make any changes to the already verified responses, as those will be overwritten in this replication process.
Worldly will automatically revert your module status to verified within 24 hours.
Q: Who should I reach out to with any questions or concerns?
