How current is the data displayed in the Analytics Tool?
The data displayed in the Analytics Tool is real-time and reflects current platform data.
How many saved views can we create?
Accounts are allowed an unlimited number of views.
What is the difference between “Partially Verified” and “Verified” mean?
With FEM verification now covering only a subset of the full FEM assessment, verified FEM scores will become only partially verified FEM scores. Cascale (formerly Sustainable Apparel Coalition) is assessing alternative metrics that align with the proposed core verification approach that could potentially support the brand's internal processes. Please stay tuned for more details.
Can I export the underlying data from each chart?
Yes, you can export CSV files for individual sections. There is a summary data CSV and a full data set CSV for each.
I see “No Data Available.” What does this mean?
This typically happens if you do not have any assessments shared with you, or none of the assessments have been properly posted.
You do not have any assessments shared with you.
You may have a number of shared assessments to approve. Follow the steps below to check and approve assessments.
If there are no requests there, then you will need to work with your facilities to have them share their FEM assessments with you.
- In the top navigation bar, click on “Assessments”
- Scroll and click on “Higg FEM”
- In the black menu bar, click on “Modules”
- At the bottom of the left menu, click on “Share Requests”
- If there are requests, there will be a blue counter next to “Share Requests” in the left menu, rows of assessments, a green “Accept Share” button to the right in each row, and a red “Decline Share” button under the accept share button.
- To ensure the Analytics page will populate with data, click on the green “Accept Share” button
- After you have accepted all the shares you need, you can return to the Analytics page by clicking on “Analytics” in the top Navigation bar. Then scroll and click on “FEM Analytics.”
None of the assessments have been properly posted
There is an extra step after the Facility has completed their FEM assessment> They will need to “Post” their assessment. Please click here [enter correct link] to see those steps to share with your facility.
I’m seeing “No Data Found with Current Filters.” What does this mean?
This happens when you have chosen a filter that does not align with the data in your assessments
With the updates to FEM 4.0, the filters on the Analytics page will change in two ways:
- Some filters will no longer work with FEM 2023
- These will be labeled with (Up to 2022)
- Other filters will only work with FEM 2023
- These will be labeled with (2023 and Future)
If the filters work for both, they will not have an extra label
Here is an example, if you are filtering “Module Type” for FEM 2023, but subsequently select “Square Yard (Up to 2022)” in the Facility Annual Prod. Vol. (Units) filter, then you will get the response of, “No Data Found with Current Filters” for all widgets in the page. This is because there are no “Square yard” units captured by the FEM 2023.
Please make sure you align your assessment years, or leave “Module Type” unchanged.
What does “Up to 2022” and “2023 and Future” mean?
"Up to 2022" means that the filter option on the Analytics page will only produce data for previous FEM assessments up to FEM 2022.
If you select a filter with this label for FEM 2023, you will receive a message, “No Data Found with Current Filters” in all of the widgets on the page.
"2023 and Future" means that the filter option on the Analytics page will only produce data for FEM assessments FEM 2023 and future assessment to come.
If you select a filter with this label for FEM 2022 or a previous year, you will receive a message, “No Data Found with Current Filters” in all of the widgets on the page.
What are the role-based permissions for the Analytics Tool?
There are currently no role-based restrictions on viewing, editing and deleting views. Views created by one user are available to view and edit by all other account users, regardless of role.
