   1. All refrigerant containing equipment has a log of equipment servicing including refrigerant replacement that is kept up to date (e.g., monthly, annual leakage rates or top-up records)
   2. Records of the quantity of each refrigerant added to existing equipment for the reporting year.
   3. Documentation of the methodology used to track refrigerant use (e.g., leakage rate or other consumption calculations and methodology)
   4. Documented plans or actions taken to fix refrigerant leaks, if applicable.
