If facilities can continue to post until 31st Dec 2025, will they still receive the certificate after posting, even though they are excluded from the industry benchmarking?

Yes, facilities will receive the FEM 2024 completion certificate once they post their assessment by 31st December 2025. To be included in the benchmarking they would need to post their assessment by 30th April, 2024.
