The facility can choose to purchase a subscription for either one year or two years. To ensure timely communication, Worldly will notify the account admin and owner via email as their subscription approaches its expiration date and even after the account has expired.
Email notifications will be sent on the following schedule:
- 30 days before the expiration date
- 15 days before the expiration date
- On the expiration date
- 15 days after the expiration date
- 30 days after the expiration date
