The impact on biodiversity and environmental impact from sound pollution is not currently covered within the Higg FEM. There is no plan to address these in the near future, but if there are any legal requirements on permits regarding Biodiversity or Sound Pollution, then they should be reported within the Permit Section. Adhering to the requirements within the relevant permit would be a mandatory requirement for score achievement within the module.
