November 2024 release notes for facilities

The Higg Facility Environmental Module (FEM) 2024 is live!

Here's what's new in FEM 2024:

• If you have yet to achieve Level 1 in a particular section, the L2 and L3 questions are now available and optional within that respective section. Completing Level 1 is not required to answer the L2 and L3 questions.
• Verification scope is expanded to all questions within Level 1
• You can now roll forward or import qualitative data from FEM 2023 into FEM 2024, making it easier to complete this year’s assessment.
• You can find technical FEM guidance and question-level support more quickly. Search by specific question reference ID to find guidance about that question via the chat bot, without leaving the assessment, or via search on http://support.worldly.io.
