Facilities can now purchase a renewal up to 180 days before their expiration date. If a facility is within 180 days of their expiration, they can purchase a new subscription that will be added to their existing subscription. - For example, if: - The current date is November 1, 2025  - A facility's subscription ends at the end of the month on November 30, 2025  - The facility purchases a 1-year subscription - Then the facility's new expiration date is November 30, 2026. 2. In addition, if a facility downgrades their subscription, it will affect their current subscription.  - For example, if: - There are 6 months left in a facility's **Standard** subscription - The facility decides to downgrade their subscription to **Light** for the next year - Then the new subscription tier for the next 18 months (6 months of the remaining subscription + 12 months of the new subscription) will be the **Light** subscription.  - We recommend that facilities make any subscription changes closer to the facility's subscription expiration date.   ## **Purchasing FEM for your Account** 1. If you only want to purchase FEM, select **Higg FEM Environmental** under the **Standard** plan. If you want to purchase both FEM and FSLM, select the **Complete** plan.
