The Worldly Collaboration Suite enables brands and retailers to better connect with suppliers. Network, Segments, and Campaigns make it easier to organize, communicate, and engage with facilities.   One way to explain Network, Segments, and Campaigns is to think of it like planning a birthday party: [**Network**](https://support.worldly.io/hc/en-us/articles/42996314771611-Network?hsLang=en) Used to create, name, and save a list of factories based on an applied filter criteria Your entire address book of everyone you know (friends, family, neighbors, classmates) [**Segments**](https://support.worldly.io/hc/en-us/articles/42996320518171-Segments?hsLang=en) Used to manage the lists of factories created in the  **Network **tab Sorting people into different groups for your party, like "Close Friends," "Family," "Soccer Teammates," or "Kids who like pizza vs. Kids who like hot dogs" [**Campaigns**](https://support.worldly.io/hc/en-us/articles/34797529794587-Campaigns?hsLang=en) Used to track facility assessments (FEM, FSLM, FDM) for specific time frames. In addition, Campaigns are used to create automated, recurring, and targeted emails to facility segments in a **Network.** Examples of Campaigns include: - Have these facilities purchased their FEM assessment? - Has this group of facilities all purchased the FSLM caf 1.6 yet? - Has this group of facilities shared this year's FEM yet? Sending out questions to specific groups.  - You could send a message to Close Friends asking: "Can you bring chips?" - You could send a message to Family asking: "Can you bring a beverage?" - You could send a message to Soccer Teammates asking: "Can you carpool with another group?" To summarize: 1. Start with everyone you know in your address book (Network) 2. Organize them into helpful groups (Segments) 3. And then reach out to the right groups with the right questions (Campaigns) This analogy illustrates the differences and functionality of Network, Segments, and Campaigns. You can't segment people you don't have in your network, and campaigns are most useful when you send them to the right segments rather than everyone at once.
