Go to “ Chemical management” and then “MyInventories” to view your inventories on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis  2. Filter for Unverified chemical products. - Please note: The label “Unverified” means that there is no verification of ZDHC MRSL compliance in the system.  2. Can be added to CAP by ticking the “Select” Box  - The chemical products with the “check” icon under CAP column have already been added to a CAP 2. Set a DEADLINE to implement the Remediation you chose 2. Select the CAP STATUS (Pending; Resolved) 3. Insert the NAME OF THE CHEMICAL  2. Product which should be used instead 3. Set a DEADLINE for the substitution 4. Select the CAP STATUS 5. Choose the CAP action: Test, Certify or Contact Chemical Supplier  2. Set a DEADLINE for the update 3. Select a CAP STATUS 4. Click SAVE 2. Add CAS number 3. Once this data is entered, it will be included for the chemical product in all future inventories.   ## **Upload Compliance Documents** How to include compliance information in The BHive ![46098012458779.png](https://support.worldly.io/hs-fs/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/46098012458779.png?width=772&height=289&name=46098012458779.png) 1. If a chemical is unverified, check with your chemical suppliers for compliance documents (e.g. certificates, test reports) 2. Upload compliance documents. 3. We will review the document and update the compliance information within 4 weeks.
