This can be changed once the new organization is entered into the system. 2. **As Of** 3. **Private Notes** 4. **Tier:** Enter the tier of the factory. 5. **Product Categories:** Enter in the product categories. 6. **External ID** 7. **Factory Status**   ### Other Information The **Other Information** section has the following fields. ![48844335456539.png](https://support.worldly.io/hs-fs/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/48844335456539.png?width=444&height=497&name=48844335456539.png) 1. **Industry:** Select the industry the factory is associated with 2. **Parent Organization** 3. **Legal Status** 4. **Year of Foundation:** Enter the year the factory was created.   ### Custom Fields/Upload Files tab The **Custom Fields/Upload Files** tab has two sections: - **Custom Fields** section: Available to add account information relevant to the brand. Select the factory name to proceed. 2. Select **Continue** if you want to add a new factory to the platform. - **NOTE:** Only select **Continue** if your factory is **NOT LISTED** and you need to create a new entry in the system. This helps to reduce factory duplication.
