Compliance classifications must be configured 2. Grades must be configured 3. Questionnaire(s) to be included in the Scoring Grid Matrix must be identified 4. Questionnaire(s) must have weighted scoring enabled 5. Enable "Display grade when incomplete" in Member Defaults Where is Scoring Supported? **Assessment Type** **Processing Method** **Scoring Grid Supported** **Notes** SLCP Cascale Ratings No Uses Cascale ratings only. Scoring using brand compliance classifications is not an option. SLCP ILO Yes Requires Compliance Classifications Configured. Using SLCP Findings Engine a compliance classification is manually assigned to each questions the Customer wants to affect scoring (one time process) SLCP Manual Key Selection Yes Requires Compliance Classifications Configured. Using SLCP Findings Engine a compliance classification is manually assigned to each questions the Customer wants to affect scoring (one time process) SLCP CoC Mapping Yes Requires Compliance Classifications defined on the CoC questionnaire for all code provisions (questions) they want to affect scoring. 3rd Party CoC Mapping Yes Requires Compliance Classifications defined on the CoC questionnaire for all code provisions (questions) to affect scoring. 3rd Party Manual assignment of classifications to each finding Yes Requires Compliance Classifications Configured Proprietary Custom Assessments Standard Questionnaire Yes Requires: 1. a Compliance Classification applied 2. the **Open Issue Status Flag** enabled for all code provisions (questions) in order to affect scoring **Additional Scoring Rules and Behavior** - For CoC-mapped assessments (SLCP and 3rd party), its findings and their compliance classifications are system-generated and cannot be modified. - Note: SLCP CoC mapping can be adjusted in the SLCP Findings Engine (i.e., remapped) - For instantiated Custom Assessments, compliance classifications can be reassigned at the assessment level - Compliance Classifications are defined at the question level and apply globally across all questionnaires where used - SLCP Cascale Rating Framework Option - brands can adjust the cascale ratings, but this ONLY utilizes Cascale ratings. Brand Compliance Classifications cannot be used. ## Configuring the Scoring Grid Matrix ### Configure Compliance Classifications 1. Enter the **Compliance Classifications** name (ex: Non-Compliance, Key, Critical, Severe) and select **Save.** ![49136701904923.png](https://static.hsstatic.net/BlogImporterAssetsUI/ex/missing-image.png) 5. Repeat the previous steps for any additional entries. - **Note:** A maximum of 6 compliance classifications are allowed within a **Scoring Grid Matrix**. 6. Edit any details, such as: ![49136701905947.png](https://static.hsstatic.net/BlogImporterAssetsUI/ex/missing-image.png) 1. **Compliance Classification Name** 2. **Status:** Toggle between **Active** and **Status** 3. **Sort Order/Criticality:** The lower the number, the better the performance. The higher the number, the worse the performance. 4. Select **Save** and repeat for any remaining **Compliance Classifications.** ### Configure Grades 1. Enter the **Grade** name and **Grade Rank**. ![49136671720731.png](https://static.hsstatic.net/BlogImporterAssetsUI/ex/missing-image.png) Use the following examples when entering in **Grade** name: 1. **Color-based:** Red, Yellow, Green 2. **Letter-based:** A, B, C, D, E, F 3. **Numeric grading system:** 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 4. The lower the rank, the better the performance. The higher the rank, the worse the performance. 5. Select **Save** and repeat for additional **Grades**. - **NOTE:** A maximum of 6 grades are allowed within a **Scoring Grid Matrix.** ### Create a Scoring Grid Matrix 1. Select the questionnaire 3. Select **Create Grid.** ### Select Classifications and Grades 1. Enter the threshold values for each classifications under each grade. Select **Save Changes. Not enabling these steps means the **Scoring Grid** will not appear. 1. Under **Available Questionnaire**, select the pencil icon under the **Action** column for each questionnaire the Scoring Grid Matrix applies to. ![49136671730203.png](https://static.hsstatic.net/BlogImporterAssetsUI/ex/missing-image.png) 4. This reveals the **Manage Member Defaults** window. Select an assessment. Click here to learn how to find an assessment. 2. Based on **Member Default** setting defined in **Enable Scoring**, the grade may not appear as an **Incomplete Status.** ### Reporting and Outputs **Scoring Grid Matrix** results are available in reporting and can be used to analyze assessment performance. Use the **Compliance Classification Scoring Totals** object in **User Configured Reports.** You can also bring the **Scoring Grid Matrix** into the assessment PDF report through the **Assessment Report Configurator**. ## Scoring Grid Matrix Rule ### Custom Assessments - Custom Assessments MUST have Compliance Classifications assigned in the questionnaire to drive scoring - Questionnaire must have "Weighted" toggled to Yes - Scoring Grid Matrix must have questionnaire name selected - Scoring Grid Matrix must have compliance classifications selected - Compliance Classifications will NEVER appear as a selectable dropdown in an instantiated Custom Assessment - If the Open Issue Status flag is turned on at the Question level then this also must be set to "Open" for the compliance classification to be applied in scoring for out of compliance answers. ### PDF Assessments Example: - BSCI Findings = unmapped pdf - BSCI Findings CoC = mapped pdf - Unmapped PDF Assessments (No CoC defined) - Scoring - Must have compliance classifications set up in Master Data \> Assessment Instruments \> Compliance Classifications. - Must have Grades set up in Master Data \> Assessment Instruments \> Grades. - Must have pdf type (example above) selected in a scoring grid matrix prior to importing pdfs. - If all items above are done, then a selectable dropdown will appear for manual compliance classification selection to drive scoring. - Mapped PDF Assessments (CoC defined) - Scoring - Must have compliance classifications set up in Master Data \> Assessment Instruments \> Compliance Classifications. - Must have Grades set up in Master Data \> Assessment Instruments \> Grades. - Must have pdf type (example above) selected in a scoring grid matrix prior to importing pdfs. - Must have Compliance Classifications set on CoC. - If all items above are done, then all mapped items will have a fixed compliance classification based on the CoC compliance classifications. - The Compliance Classification dropdown will appear on any unmapped findings.
