SLCP Findings Engine Overview
The SLCP Findings Engine is the data conversion and normalization layer within Social Compliance Management that transforms verified SLCP Converged Assessment Framework (CAF) responses into structured, actionable compliance findings. Rather than requiring manual interpretation of raw assessment data, the engine applies predefined logic to automatically classify findings, assign risk levels, and feed results into downstream compliance workflows including Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) and assessment scoring.
The engine supports four processing methods. Only one processing method can be active at a time. Activating a new method will deactivate the previous one.
The Scoring Grid Matrix, using brand compliance classifications, is not available with this option. If assessment scoring using compliance classifications is a requirement for your program, consider one of the other three processing methods. Refer to the Assessment Scoring documentation for a full comparison of scoring options by processing method or discuss with your Customer Success Manager.
Navigation
- Log in to the platform with your administrator (SUA) account.
- Navigate to Configurators, followed by SLCP Findings Engine from the left-hand navigation menu.
How it Works
Once configured and published, the SLCP Findings Engine automatically applies your selections to incoming shared FSLM assessments. The process works as follows:
A factory shares a verified FSLM assessment with your brand on the Worldly Core platform.
The engine processes the assessment using your saved configuration.
Findings are automatically generated and classified based on your selected processing method.
Findings are available for review in the assessment record and feed into Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) for remediation tracking.
When to Update Your Configuration
You should review and update your configuration in the following circumstances:
A new version of the SLCP CAF is released. The configuration is version-specific and must be reviewed and republished for each new CAF version.
Your brand's compliance standards or risk tolerance change and you want findings to reflect updated classifications.
You want to add or remove risk categories. For example, adding Medium Risk after initially launching with Zero Tolerance and High Risk only.
Note: Updated Configuration is applied to new incoming shared assessments only. It is not applied retroactively to assessments already received.
