Report Sections 2. Report Workspace 3. Member Logo    ### **Report Sections** There are seven optional sections available for a report, including: ![49757714637851.png](https://support.worldly.io/hs-fs/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/49757714637851.png?width=239&height=292&name=49757714637851.png) 1. **Cover Page:** Choose what to include on the cover page. 2. **Factory Information:** Choose what information regarding the factory you want included. 3. **Country Information:** Choose what information regarding the country you want included. 4. **List All Questions:** Choose which questions you want included. 5. **Remediation Issues:** Choose which remediation issues you want included. 6. **UCR Report(s):** Choose which UCR Reports you want included. 7. **Recipients:** Add internal and external recipients of the report.   ### **Report Workspace** Selecting each section reveals each section’s report workspace. ![49758274109339.gif](https://support.worldly.io/hs-fs/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/49758274109339.gif?width=750&height=644&name=49758274109339.gif)   ### **Cover Page** **![49757714643867.png](https://support.worldly.io/hs-fs/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/49757714643867.png?width=526&height=313&name=49757714643867.png)** 1. Change the report name 2. Choose to include **Factory Contacts** on the cover page 3. Select the items to include other information on the cover page. Select the information field(s). 2. Select the single arrow. 3. If you want to include all information fields, select the double arrows. 4. Selected columns will populate in the **Columns Added** section. Select **Save and Next** to move to the next section   ### **Recipients** To add internal recipients: 1. Once finished, select **Save**.   ## **Member Logo** To add a **Member Logo** to the assessment report: 1. In the **Add New File** popup window, select the **Choose File** button to upload.
