AI Driven CoC Mapping Recommendations

Overview

The AI-powered SLCP to Code of Conduct Mapping Tool provides a smarter, more strategic way to operationalize your compliance standards by directly aligning SLCP assessment questions with your code of conduct requirements. By automating and standardizing the mapping process, your team can strengthen oversight, improve decision consistency, and more effectively identify and manage non-compliances across your supply chain.

The process is powered by our AI engine, which analyzes both the SLCP assessment question set and your uploaded code of conduct to generate recommended mappings.

Navigation

  1. Navigate to Configurators, followed by SLCP Findings Engine from the left-hand navigation menu.

  2. Select Translate SLCP findings into Code of Conduct (CoC) format.

  3. Select the check box if you would like it mapped to your brands CoC. Next, select Upload CoC & Run Mapping.

  4. In the pop-up window, review the Change Processing Method Selection message. Select Ok.

  5. Youll be redirected to the SLCP Findings Engine page again. Monitor the mapping process in the red text. The system will process the file, and now your mapping recommendations are complete.50441194020123.png

SLCP View

The SLCP View is the default view. Use the toggle to change the view from SLCP View to CoC View.

Review Summary Cards

At the top of the screen, you'll see summary cards displaying key metrics. These are specific to the SLCP View.

  1. Assessment Questions — The total number of SLCP assessment questions.
  2. Mapped Questions — The number of questions mapped to your code of conduct.
  3. CoC Provisions — The total number of provisions.
  4. Needs Review — The number of mappings that require review.

As you apply filters throughout the tool, these cards dynamically update to reflect the data currently displayed.

Issue Type: Options include Above & Beyond, Health & Safety, Management Systems, Recruitment & Hiring, Termination, Verification/Assessment Details, Wages & Benefits, Worker Involvement, Worker Treatment, and Working Hours

Subheader: Options include Act, Apprenticeship / Trainee / Internship Programs, Building Safety, Canteens, Check, Chemicals and Hazardous Substances, etc.

Category: Options include Absence due to Illness, Age, Age Documentation, Air Quality, etc.

Is Compliance Question: Options include Yes and No

Needs Review: Options include Yes and No

Keep Match: Options include Yes and No

For example, one way to leverage these filters is to search the table by Issue Type.

You can also flip Is Compliance Question to Yes to see only the SLCP compliance questions.

If you prefer to review the entire question set, simply turn the filter off.

Table Overview

Review the following definitions to understand each column in the table.

  1. SLCP Key - The technical/internal identifier used to reference a question.
  2. SLCP Number - The structured, human-readable reference number that follows a consistent naming convention tied to the section and subsection of the CAF framework.
  3. Issue Type - These include Above & Beyond, Health and Safety, Recruitment and Hiring, Termination, Wages and Benefits, Worker Involvement, Worker Treatment, and Working Hours.
  4. Subheader - Related to a specific subheader within an Issue Type.
  5. Category - Related to a specific category within a Subheader.
  6. Question - The SLCP Question
  7. Correct Answer - Refine the recommended correct answer.
    • For example, if your brand considers more than one answer as the correct answer, select the appropriate check boxes

  8. Is Compliance Question - Identifies whether this is a compliance related question.
  9. Needs Review - Does this question need to be reviewed?

  2. CoC Category / Issue Type - Code of Conduct Category or Issue Type
  3. CoC Subcategory / Subheader - Code of Conduct Subcategory or Subheader
  4. CoC Requirement Compliance Classification - Code of Conduct Requirement Compliance Classification
  5. Mapped Code Provision - Additional details about the mapped code provision
  6. Keep Match - Indicates whether to keep or not keep the match
    1. For example, you can keep or reject the AI recommended match. The system saves who made the update for transparency and auditability.
    2. In some cases, multiple code provisions may be recommended for a single SLCP assessment question. Review each recommendation and select the one that best aligns with your brands compliance expectations, removing any that are not appropriate.

Alternatively, switch to the Code of Conduct View to reverse the perspective. Use the toggle to change the view from SLCP View to CoC View.

CoC Category/Issue Type: Options include Anti-Corruption and Bribery, Child Labor and Young Workers, Discrimination, Foreign Contract Workers, etc.

CoC Category/Subheader: Options include Benefits, Chemical Management, Child Labor, Child Labor Due Diligence Bill, Fire Safety, etc.

Keep Match: Options include Yes and No

CoC Requirement Compliance Classification: Options include Major, Critical, and ZT.

Save and Export

Select Save at any time to save your progress. You can complete the mapping by section and return anytime. All saved mappings remain stored in the system.

Alternatively, select Excel to collaborate offline with colleagues before finalizing your selections within the platform.

Publish Your Mapping

Once you are confident in your mappings, select Publish to Test. Publishing confirms that your review is complete and pushes the mapping into production.

Once published, you can begin accepting shared FSLM assessments from facilities and testing results against your finalized selections.
