The mapping against the ILO Core Labor Standards was developed by SLCP. The full mapping is available to SLCP Signatories on the SLCP Signatory Portal. Please reach out to SLCP for more information.

Mapping Methodology: "SLCP's mapping is based on a comprehensive analysis of CAF v1.7 and the specific ILO Conventions regulating each CLS. The sections of the CAF were analyzed to identify which data points are associated with each CLS. As international conventions set broad obligations while the questions in CAF are highly specific, careful interpretation was required to determine whether the classified data points indicate compliance with, or violations of, the ILO CLS."

ILO CLS Definition: The ILO CLS are the five Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work (Child Labor, Forced Labor, Discrimination, Freedom of Association and Collective Bargaining, and Health & Safety) and are severe human rights risks that warrant greater attention and prioritization by companies conducting Human Rights Due Diligence.

Limitations Disclosure: "While broad assessments cannot fully capture all severe human rights issues, companies can use this mapping against ILO Core Labor Standards as a foundational tool to implement risk-based HRDD, alongside other sources of information and meaningful stakeholder engagement."

Select ILO Core Labor Standards

1. Navigate to Configurators and select SLCP Findings Engine from the left navigation menu.
   
2. The SLCP Findings Engine configuration screen displays the available processing methods. Select ILO Core Labor Standards.
   
3. After selecting ILO Core Labor Standards, you'll see the three risk categories available. Each category displays the number of SLCP CAF questions associated with that risk level.
   
4. Select one or more of the linkage categories to include:
   1. Direct: Questions directly measuring core labor standards compliance
   2. Indicator: Questions that serve as indicators of potential labor standards issues
   3. Linked: Questions linked to or supporting core labor standards monitoring
5. Once you have selected your risk categories, click View Selected ILO Core Labor Standards Questions.
   
6. The Selected ILO Core Labor Standards Questions page appears, initially displaying all SLCP CAF questions.
   
7. There are 3 summary cards at the top of the screen
   1. Assessment Questions - 1962 Generated.
      1. The total number of SLCP CAF questions that have been generated.
   2. Compliance Questions - 846 Marked for compliance tracking.
      1. The subset of assessment questions that are marked for compliance tracking. These are the questions that will generate findings based on the selected ILO Core Labor Standard mapping by SLCP with Worldly recommended compliance classifications. Not all assessment questions automatically become compliance questions and this count reflects those that meet the compliance threshold.
   3. Needs Review - 846 All questions configured
      1. These questions require your attention.

Review and Modify Questions

Take time to review the questions and classifications carefully before saving. Modifications you make here will determine how findings are generated for all incoming shared SLCP assessments once published.

1. Use the filters at the top of the screen to efficiently review and navigate the list. Filters include ILO Category, Core Labor Violation, Issue Type, Subheader, Is Compliance Question, Needs Review, and Compliance Classification
   
2. For each question, you can configure the list by updating:
   
   1. Correct Answer: The answers indicate compliance. Set correct responses to reflect your brand's definition of compliance.
   2. Compliance Classification: Apply your brand's Compliance Classification to each selected question.
   3. Is Compliance Question: Selecting Yes includes the question in your assessment scope. Selecting No excludes the question in your assessment scope.
   4. Note: A question is flagged as 'Needs Review' until both Expected Correct Response and Compliance Classification are defined.

Save Your Configuration

1. Save your configuration at any time by selecting Save. You will lose your work if you navigate away from or refresh your screen without saving.
   
2. You can also select Excel to export your configuration to Excel for offline review or internal sharing before publishing.
   
3. Select Refresh Page to update the cards at top showing total compliance questions and needs review.
   

Publish Your Configuration to Test

Select Publish to Test when you are ready to review your configuration settings in the test environment.

After selecting Publish to Test, the following message will appear. After reviewing, select Publish to Test to confirm.

You'll be notified when your configuration settings have been updated on the test environment and ready for your review.

Publish Your Configuration

Once you've completed testing and you are satisfied with the results, reach out to your customer success manager who will Publish to Production on your behalf so you can start receiving fully verified shared FSLM assessments from facilities on Worldly.

Once published:

• Your configuration becomes active immediately. It replaces any previously active processing method configuration.
• All subsequent shared FSLM assessments from factories on the Worldly platform will automatically generate findings based on your selected settings and automatically feed into Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) for remediation tracking.
• The configuration is applied to new assessments only. Previously received assessments are not affected.
