What if my facility works with multiple brands? Do they need to purchase multiple Custom Assessment FFC subscriptions?
If a facility is purchasing, they will only need to buy the subscription one time. One subscription covers an unlimited number of custom assessments by any FFC brand, during a 12-month period. The subscription must be renewed after 12 months.
If my facility has multiple locations or is a facility group, how many subscriptions do they need to purchase?
Each FFC ID that you plan to create a custom assessment for will require a subscription. If you have one main contact in charge of multiple facilities, he or she may purchase on behalf of their facilities. See more information on purchasing on behalf of others here.
