If my facilities already have a Higg FEM and/or FSLM subscription(s), do they need to purchase the Custom Assessment FFC subscription?
Yes, your facility will still need to purchase the Custom Assessment FFC subscription. The Higg FEM and FSLM subscriptions are separate subscriptions.
My facility already has a Worldly account, how do they purchase the subscription?
All facilities “nominated” by brands, will receive an email prompting them to login to the Worldly platform and purchase the subscription. Facilities have been instructed to reach out to Worldly support if they have any questions, including which location is requested for those with multiple accounts.
