On the left navigation, click **Supply Chain \> Factory List**. 2. On the right side of the page, click the **plus icon** (Add new factory). 3. Input the following information: - Factory name - Address - Country - City (optional) 4. Review your list of potential factory matches. 2. Matches are based on the name, address, and country of the factory. 3. If an existing factory match was chosen, you are taken to the factory information page. 2. If create new record was chosen, add more factory information, such as: - Name, - Office address, - Private factory information, and - Factory contacts, 3. Click **Next** to continue. ### (Optional) Step 4: Adding Associations **Note** Click **Skip for now** if you do not want to add associations at this time. 1. Click **Add New Association** to link the factory to related associations. - A pop-up box appears. 2. Use the filters to locate the specific associations. 3. Check the box next to each association then click **Save**. 4. Input your custom fields then click **Next** to continue. ### Step 6: Review and Confirm Factory Details 1. Review the factory details. 2. At the bottom of the page, click **Back** OR click **Edit** to update the specific section. 3. Add Another Factory and View Factory Profile 1. After creating your factory, click **Add another factory** OR **View Factory profile**. 2. On the right side of the page, click **Add Login**. 2. Under *Login Information*, input or choose the following: - Email Address - Security Role Name - Login Status 3. Click **Personal Information**, input or choose the following: - Name - Country 4. Go back to the *Login Information tab* then click **Save.** 5. Notify the factory after logins have been added. 2. The recipient is already populated with the login you created. 3. The subject and message text are both prefilled. - **Note:** These can be edited. 4. Add any needed attachments by uploading documentation. 5. Click **Queue Message** to send. After completing all the steps, click **Add another factory** OR **View Factory profile.** This lets you either continue onboarding more factories or review the one you just created.
