[Getting Started](https://support.worldly.io/insights?hsLang=en#getting-started) # Insights Hub Glossary **Benchmark -** The average performance of a group of similar Higg Facility Environmental Module (FEM) assessments, used for comparison. **Campaign -** Automated, targeted emails sent to a segment of facilities to collect data or move facilities through onboarding. You can share campaigns with collaborators (July 2026). You manage campaigns in the Collaboration Suite. **Facility Environmental Module (FEM) -** The Higg Index module that facilities complete to report their environmental data. **Facility Social & Labor Module (FSLM) -** The Higg Index module, developed with Cascale and the Social & Labor Convergence Program (SLCP), that facilities complete to report social and labor practices. Insights Hub uses FSLM results in the Social Baseline dashboard. **Facility tag -** A label you add to a facility to group it, for example "Tier 1". You can use facility tags as filters (July 2026). **Flag -** An issue found in a facility's FSLM assessment. Each question whose answer shows a problem with a social or labor practice counts as one flag. Every flag has a risk level (Zero Tolerance, High Risk, or Medium Risk), and some flags are also tagged Legal Compliance. See **How to Read the Social Baseline Dashboard**. **Initiative -** A card in the Initiatives column that shows the share of facilities that meet a specific requirement. See **How the Numbers Work in Insights Hub**. **Outlier -** A data point that differs significantly from past results and expectations. See **Outlier Detection Guide for Brands**. **Pc-pair -** Pieces or pairs. A unit of production used for some product facility types. **Production volume allocation -** Your share of a facility's production volume. Insights Hub uses this share to calculate your share of the facility's impact. See **Production Volume Allocation Guide for Brands**. **Segment -** A group of facilities defined by attributes. A segment can update automatically as facilities meet or stop meeting its criteria, or a segment can be a fixed list. You can use segments as filters (September 2026). **Verified -** Describes an assessment whose data a verification body has checked.
