Troubleshooting Insights Hub Dashboards

The Dashboard Is Blank or Some Charts Are Missing

Benchmark data appears only when your filters leave at least 25 assessments. To see data again, remove a filter. See How the Numbers Work in Insights Hub.

A Number Is Different From Yesterday

  • The dashboard refreshes about every hour.
  • New assessments and changes to tags, segments, and campaigns can take up to an hour to appear.
  • Production allocation changes, including allocations a facility reports for your account, can take up to an hour to appear. See Production Volume Allocation Guide for Brands.

A Facility Is Missing

Check these items in order:

  1. Filters - Is a filter, such as country, tag, or facility type, hiding the facility?
  2. Outliers - Is the facility's assessment excluded as an outlier? In the filter column, check the outlier icon. See Outlier Detection Guide for Brands.
  3. Year - Is the assessment in the year you selected?
  4. Sharing - Has the facility shared the assessment with your account? Only shared assessments appear.

A KPI Shows Fewer Facilities Than Expected

Some key performance indicators (KPIs) skip facilities that fail a calculation check. The facility still appears in the Facility KPI Table. See How the Numbers Work in Insights Hub.

A KPI Shows Only Part of the Facility's Total

The Higg Facility Environmental Module (FEM) reports certain metrics by facility type. When you apply facility type filters and a facility has multiple types, those metrics show only the amount for the selected facility type. See How the Numbers Work in Insights Hub.

A Box Plot Shows Only T Shapes

Box plots show only T shapes when outliers are far outside the other values. For example, if the highest value on one side is five times larger than on the other, the boxes become hard to see. To see the values, hover over the box plots. To make the chart easier to read, filter to a smaller group, such as one country.

An Initiative Percentage Looks Wrong

Some initiative cards count only a smaller group of facilities. For example, the Coal Phaseout card counts only facilities that report direct coal use. Production allocation does not change initiative percentages. See How the Numbers Work in Insights Hub.
