# What Is New in Insights Hub

Changes are listed by release, newest first. See Release Notes for all Worldly updates.

**Coming Soon**

- Facilities can report how much of their production belongs to each brand. Insights Hub uses your allocation first, then the facility's, then 100%. See **Production Volume Allocation Guide for Brands**.
- Foundational Environmental Performance (FEP) achievement is included on the Environmental Baseline dashboard.
- Support for Higg Facility Social & Labor Module (FSLM) 2.0 and Higg Facility Environmental Module (FEM) 2026.

**November 2026**

- The Facility KPI Table is the default hotspot on all four environmental dashboards. Use the table to see each KPI facility by facility and to download the data.
- New hotspot chart: Total Emissions by Country (Decarbonization dashboard).
- The top three key performance indicator (KPI) cards are now Carbon Intensity, Total Emissions, and FEM Energy Score. To see the other KPIs, click View more. The new order reflects the metrics that users track most.
- The Social Baseline dashboard includes 2026 data. 2026 is the default year.

**September 2026**

- You can filter by Segments and Campaigns.
- Column headers and chart labels use plain words and are translated, including CSV downloads.
- The Outliers CSV includes true or false columns for each flagged value.
- Brand & Retail customers on the Measurement plan can access the Initiatives tab.

**July 2026**

- You can filter by Facility Tags.
- You can open a facility profile from any table by clicking the facility ID.
- FEM Analytics was discontinued on July 1, 2026. See the Where FEM Analytics Views Are Now in Insights Hub section of this article.

**May 2026**

- Initiative drawers show year-over-year change and benchmark comparison, for Engagement and Impact plans.

**March 2026**

- FEM 2025 data can be viewed in Insights Hub.
- You can filter by Facility Processes. Filters are grouped to make them easier to find.
- The number of facilities in the current view appears at the top of the dashboard.
- The production allocation window is clearer, and you can open it directly from Insights Hub.

**January 2026**

- Production volume allocation is available in Insights Hub, with new filters for % allocated and production volume (kg and pieces or pairs).
- New hotspot tables show each facility's mix of sources, and each initiative category has its own table.
- The word "Average" was removed from KPI titles, for example "FEM EMS Score". The calculations did not change.

**November 2025**

- The Coal Phaseout initiative card now counts only facilities that directly use coal.
- FEM 2025 launched on November 6, 2025, with updated emission factors and a new facility type.

**September 2025**

- The Social Baseline dashboard launched. It shows an aggregate view of social risk across facilities, with filters, hotspots, red flag trends, and peer benchmarks.
- You can include assessments with outliers, which updates KPIs, hotspots, and initiatives.
- Downloaded images are sharper.
- Production allocation is available in My Modules, and the Allocation report is available in data downloads.

**June 2025**

- Hover over table text to see the full text. Click a KPI to see its description.
- Download file names show the filters you applied and the date.
- The Carbon Intensity by Product Category chart is now Carbon Intensity by Industry Sector.
- Facility KPI table and renewable and purchased renewable mix charts were added to Decarbonization.
- Brands can see outliers that a facility dismissed, along with the facility's comment.

**May 2025**

- Insights Hub launched with the Decarbonization dashboard, using FEM 2023 and FEM 2024 data. Brands need a Measurement subscription. Facilities need current platform access and a completed FEM 2023 or FEM 2024 assessment.
- Year-over-year outlier checks for energy and water were introduced for facilities.

Changes to the Environmental Baseline, Water Use Reduction, and Waste Reduction and Circularity dashboards are not listed here yet. \[CONFIRM: add these in the next pass.\]

**Where FEM Analytics Views Are Now in Insights Hub**

**FEM Analytics was discontinued on July 1, 2026.** Use Insights Hub instead. Insights Hub removes outliers and adds benchmarking. This table shows where each FEM Analytics view is now.

| **FEM Analytics view** | **Where to find it in Insights Hub** |
| --- | --- |
| Overall Scores (total FEM score by year) | KPI card for FEM Energy Score and other section scores. Click the card for year-over-year and within-year changes. |
| Level Achievement (by FEM section, by year) | Level labels on every initiative card (L0 to L3). See **How the Numbers Work in Insights Hub**. |
| Verification (how many facilities are verified) | In the left filter column, click **Data Sources** to see how many facilities have verified data. |
| Impact Categories (scores by section, by year) | Section score KPI cards: Total FEM Score, FEM EMS Score, FEM Energy Score, FEM Water Score, FEM Wastewater Score, FEM Air Emissions Score, FEM Waste Score, and FEM Chemicals Score. |
| GHG Emissions (total emissions by year) | Total Emissions KPI card. Click the card for year-over-year and within-year detail. |
| GHG Sources (emissions by source by year) | Emission Mix and Energy Mix charts, and the Emission Mix and Energy Mix Tables. |
| Water Use and Water Sources | **How to Read the Water Use Reduction Dashboard** |
| Energy Use | Renewable and electricity KPI cards, plus the Renewable Energy Mix, Purchased Renewables Mix, and their tables. |
| Waste | **How to Read the Waste Reduction and Circularity Dashboard** |
| Critical Risk Areas and Areas of Opportunity | Initiative categories on the right-hand side of each dashboard. See **How to Read the Decarbonization Dashboard**. |
| Facility Initiatives tables | Kept. The Decarbonization dashboard has a table for each initiative category (Top Initiatives, Strategy, Compliance, Engagement, Tracking, Planned Improvement & Remediation, and Recorded Improvements & Remediation). Other dashboards have their own initiative tables. |

You can download every chart and table. Click the download icon, then choose **PNG Image** (for charts) or **CSV** (for tables).
