How to access Worldly's E-learning platform

Once you have a Worldly account you can login to the e-learning platform with your Worldly login credentials. There are two different ways to access the e-learning courses, see instructions below. 

 

Login through the Worldly Platform

  1. Login to the Worldly Platform 
  2. Locate the question mark icon in the upper right hand corner and select Learning Center:39714509159323.png
  3. The system will provision you a user account in the e-learning platform and you will be logged into the e-learning platform automatically
  4. If you are not logged in automatically enter your Worldly platform credentials in the boxes provided to login

 

Login to the e-learning platform directly

Note:You must initiate your first login to the e-learning platform by following the instructions above. These steps will provision you an e-learning account connected to your Worldly platform credentials. If you attempt to login to the e-learning platform directly without taking those steps for your first login, you will receive a "user not found" error. 

 

  1. Navigate to the Worldly e-learning platform
  2. Enter your Worldly platform login credentials into the login fields provided:39714469679771.png
  3. You will be logged into the e-learning platform.

 

FAQ

How do I change the name on a certificate of completion?

For your security and privacy, your account is intended for individual use only and should not be shared with others.

Certificates for completing e-learning courses are provided with the name of the user who completed the course. There is not a user limit for Worldly accounts so we recommend each user have their own personal account so that any completion certificates are appropriately assigned. If the user is no longer with the company, we recommend creating a new user account for new staff and deactivating the old account instead of re-assigning an existing account.
