Full release notes
In Facility Data Manager (FDM), you'll now be able to:
- Filter by data submission: You now have additional filter options to easily identify which facilities have (or have not) submitted environmental data for a specified time-period.
- Automate sharing: You can now auto-accept ongoing FDM shares from your facility partners. Instead of having to accept each individual month’s submission from your facilities, you will automatically accept ongoing shares after accepting the first share from a facility. If you want to stop receiving auto-shares from a facility, you can select the facility on the Tracking page, and click stop shares
Platform update for both the Higg FEM and Worldly's FDM
- New facility list upload: When uploading facility lists, you can now map header columns to ensure data alignment, check for duplicate facilities, and see flags for unexpected values.

New features
- Filter for missing information: Quickly identify and address missing Purchase Order data in your product library, making it easier to maintain high-quality, actionable inventory of your Purchased Goods.
- More download options: Download data for a single product or a large batch of selected products, to ensure that your Purchased Goods inventory accurately reflects all updates to your product entities.
Additional Product Impact Calculator Improvements
- Net use % enabled for bulk upload: Ability to now customize Net Use % for materials in bulk upload.
- Field Descriptions: Detailed description of available bulk upload fields and their constraints. You can access the description, by clicking the Data checklist menu item in the sidebar, or hovering over the column headers.
- Enhanced product editing experience: You can now edit products directly from anywhere within PIC, giving you greater flexibility and control over your data without interrupting your workflow.
- Bulk upload performance
We’ve made some performance improvements to the PIC bulk upload feature, to better handle high-volume data imports.- Enhanced File Handling: Bulk upload now processes files with tens of thousands of purchase orders asynchronously, eliminating browser time outs or crashes.
- Continue Without Interruptions: Once you’ve initiated an upload, the import process will continue in the background—even if you navigate away from the page or close your browser window. Simply return at your convenience to review progress or results.
- Bulk Upload UX improvement
- Non-required empty columns are now hidden by default after file upload, which means that you will only see columns that have data or empty columns that are required. This should drastically reduce the amount of horizontal scrolling.
- Please note: You can still access the hidden columns by clicking on the columns icon in the upper right hand corner of above the table.
