Upload supplier lists directly into a segment
Instead of importing suppliers into a network, filtering for them and then adding the results to a segment, you can now upload those suppliers directly into a segment (new or existing). Match results will be contained to the segment only and suppliers that were not previously part of your network will be added to it.
Bulk overwrite and remove tags from accounts
Now that you can add tags in bulk to accounts in your WCS network, we’ve introduced the ability to overwrite and/or remove tags as well.
Campaign "request to purchase" emails are now formatted as digests
In order to ease the noise in supplier inboxes, all brand-sourced subscription requests via automated campaign emails are now aggregated into a single "digest" email a supplier receives every 15 days. FEM, FSLM and FDM campaigns are supported with other templates to follow.
Insights Hub Now Offers YOY and Benchmarking of Facility Actions
Engagement and Impact plan customers can now see how facility actions change year over year, and how those actions compare against industry benchmarks. That gives you a clearer answer to the questions you've probably been asking: Are our programs working? Which facilities need more support? How do our facilities stack up against similar facilities?
Worldly Axion
FEM2025 data is now in Worldly Axion. You'll see Carbon, Water, Heat, and Extreme Event risk based on the latest assessments, alongside what each facility is doing to reduce those risks.
You can now download any table in Axion — Regional Hotspots, Facility Hotspots, and the Facilities Table — so you can pull data out for your own reporting or analysis.
We've removed spider charts from Axion. Your feedback was consistent: they were hard to read and didn't support the decisions you were trying to make. Simpler summary visualizations will replace them in the next few months.
