Production volume allocation requirements
You are now required to allocate production volume for each brand you share FDM submissions with. The new requirement helps allocate production volume for each month immediately after submission, so you won't need reminders from your brand partners to do it later. After submitting a month of data you will be taken to the same production volume allocation page as you completed previously. There, you will enter a production volume allocation number for each brand partner you share submissions with. For most brands on your share list, you will enter numeric (whole number) volume allocation. You can also enter 0 for brands that you did not produce for that month or if your facility cannot determine specific production for the brand.
When you haven’t allocated production volume for one or more brands, you will see a notification on your FDM dashboard. Click it to access the months that are missing data and select the month for which you want to complete the production volume allocation. The notification will pop up until all data is complete.
Share submission attachments with your brand partners
You can now share FDM attachments with your brand partners that require you to share documentation and invoices with your corresponding data.
When starting new submissions, you will have a pre-selected option to allow your brand partners to access the attached files. If a brand requests that you share attachments for past submissions, you can give them access via the permissions column in your modules table.
Providing brand partners access to download attachments allows them to partner with you and ensure high quality data is submitted even before validation starts.
