We’re piloting a new AI assistant to help you complete your FEM 2025 assessment more easily and confidently. This assistant can answer your questions about the assessment topics, guidance, and terminology—instantly, within the product.
This feature is available for a limited time and may evolve based on feedback.
Why we built this
We know the FEM is complex. Many users run into questions like:
- What does this question mean in my specific context?
- What kind of implementation or evidence qualifies for this level?
- How do I interpret the definitions or examples provided?
While we include written guidance throughout the FEM, some questions are hard to answer without additional explanation. The AI assistant is here to help you get fast, targeted support—without having to dig through documentation or wait for human support.
How it works
Here’s what to expect when using the AI assistant:
- Click “Ask AI” when you’re viewing FEM question guidance, or click the icon on the right side of the screen.
- Type your question into the chat widget (e.g., “What does partial implementation mean for water use?”).
- Get a response instantly generated by AI, based on all Worldly documentation.
- Let us know if it helped—you can give feedback directly in the chat.
- Need more help? You can still contact support through existing channels.
What the AI knows (and doesn’t)
✅ What it can help with:
- Definitions and concepts within FEM
- Clarifications on how to interpret guidance or answer types
- Explanations of assessment structure or logic
🚫 What it does not do:
- It doesn’t see any of your FEM responses or results
- It doesn’t personalize answers based on your data or organization
- It won’t replace expert human support when needed
- This is a general-purpose tool trained on Worldly’s documentation—not on your individual FEM.
⚠️ Important notes
- This is an experimental pilot feature.
- Answers are generated by AI and may not always be accurate. Please use your judgment and review all official guidance.
- We are actively reviewing feedback and may make changes based on what we learn.
