1. Accepting a Share Request
If a brand partner has requested a module, you can access that in the Modules page under ‘Share Requests’. View the requested module and the account that has requested it, then approve or reject the request.
2. Accepting Received Modules
All plans have unlimited shares. One share counts as 1 FEM or FSLM assessment shared from a facility to a brand. Sharing data through FDM is unlimited and does not count towards shares. Shares don’t roll over to the next year.
To check if modules have been shared by other accounts:
- Navigate to Supply Chain, followed by Facility Data Manager/Higg FEM/FSLM/BRM.
- Select Modules, followed by Modules Received. Click Accept Share.
You must have a Worldly corporate plan in order to accept shares. If you have further questions, click here to speak with a member of our team.
3. Requesting and Searching for Modules
Depending on which module you’re looking for, navigate to any assessment tab and click the “Modules” tab. Click "Request Modules" to find modules not already shared with you or “Shared With Me” to search among the modules that have been shared. Search by facility name.
4. Bulk Requesting Modules
1. To bulk manage modules, go to your modules page and click ‘Request/Accept modules’ or 'Request modules' to bulk request modules, and accept or decline multiple share requests.
2. Select the module type and click 'Upload a File.'
3. Select the action you want to perform, then upload a CSV or .txt file. You can use the Sample File to begin. You can use any of the following information: Account ID, Higg (Worldly) ID, Open Supply Hub. (OAR) ID, Custom Account ID, Social Credit, and Tax ID.
4. Once the system has processed the file you can review the suggested matches and select the correct accounts. Then click Request/Share/Accept.
5. How to post a Module
Once you have completed your self-assessment, you are ready to post it. You must be an Admin of an account to post the assessment, Editors do not have this permission.
Make sure you have completed every question in the assessment fully before trying to post. You can check this by viewing the completion rate bar which reaches 100% when you have fully completed all questions.
Then the assessment can be posted by using the ‘Submit/Post Assessment’ button in the left navigation bar. The platform will only allow you to post once the completion rate is 100%.
6. How to share a Module
If you are working with brand partners, you will need to share your self-assessment with them through the Higg platform. Assessments can be shared at anytime, however, the data within the assessment is only visible to the share recipient after it has been posted.
- To do this, go to the Modules page and select Share Modules.
- Select the Module you would like to share from the dropdown menu.
- In the search bar, look for the account you want to share the module with. You can search by name, Worldly (Higg) ID, OS ID, FFC ID, or Custom Account ID.

- Select the check boxes next to the applicable facilities.
- Once the desired facilities are selected, select Add or Remove Tags.

- You can also bulk remove tags using the Add or Remove Tags button found in step 2.
10. Module Share Notifications
Module share requests are automatically sent to facilities when emails are enabled in campaigns. There are two locations where you'll see module share notifications: the Supply Chain dropdown and section headers.
If you see blue notification bubbles next to an assessment type, this means:
- There are modules that are shared with you that you haven't been accepted yet
- There are requests to share your module that you haven't yet approved
Supply Chain Dropdown
Clicking on the blue notification bubble will bring you to the appropriate Modules table.
Section Headers
If you have blue notification bubbles in the Supply Chain dropdown, these will be mirrored in the Network, Segments, and Campaigns section headers.
Clicking on the blue notification bubble in the section header opens a pop up to review shares of that assessment type.
- Select Accept All to bulk accept.
- Select Accept/Decline to review each share individually.
- Select Details in Module if you want to view the request in the corresponding Modules table.
11. Downloads
Select Download from the upper right corner of the Modules tab to access a drop-down list of downloads.
