Navigation
Begin by navigating to Documents Manager from the left-hand navigation menu.
Documents Manager is used to access brand-uploaded documents. Access to documents is controlled by the security role assigned to a login.
How to Upload a Document
Upload a document to the Documents Manager by:
- Selecting the file symbol in the upper right corner.
- Drag file into highlighted area
- Enter any applicable Tags or Description into the freeform text fields. Tags are keywords used to easily search for the document.
- Select Upload.
- Your document appears in the Standard Documents section.
How to Edit Document Access Statuses
- Select Options from the table.
- Select the Access Status dropdown and select the appropriate security role.
How to Download/Delete a Document
- Select the Name of the document to download.
- Select the checkbox followed by the Trash Can Icon to delete.
