Navigation
Begin by navigating to Administration and select Manage Users. This is where you can edit a login user.
Custom Search
Find and edit a login user by using the Custom Search. Use the Search Filters to narrow your search.
Maintenance Options
Once you’ve located the user, you have the following options. Note: you must have required permissions to create a new user account. If this option does not exist, contact your Administrator.
- Use the dropdown to change the Security Role field
- Active/deactivate the account
- Thumbs up means the account is active
- Thumbs down means the account is deactivated
- Edit the account
- Delete the account
- Lock the account
