Overview
The Facility Data Manager exports follow the same structure as the FEM 2023. Although there are not as many questions in the FDM, the CSV files are divided into smaller exports like the FEM so that you can easily integrate and analyze FDM data using the same integration methods you’ve used for FEM.
What is the new export structure?
Aligned with the FEM 2023 assessment exports, there is not a single V2 export with all data available in one export. Instead, this data will be broken into smaller exports by the submission section.
The raw responses exports include the user’s enter values and their selections for each monthly submission.
Raw Responses | |
Export Name | Type |
Site | Individual + Bulk |

The quantitative exports include the calculated values based on the user’s responses. These will include common unit conversion (e.g., MJ for energy, L for water), totals, and emissions (CO2e). Use the Quantitative Impacts CSV to analyze impacts split out by Facility Type.

FDM and FEM calculation and methodology
The FDM uses the same exact calculations and methodology as the FEM 2023. FDM will remain aligned with FEM so for the most recent details for calculations and methodology view the FEM documentation.
