Facility Data Manager: Roll Forward FEM Site Information

If your facility has previously submitted FEM 2023 (FEM 4.0), you can roll forward your FEM Site information data into Facility Data Manager to save time.

Note: This is only applicable to FEM 4.0 and beyond, previous versions of FEM cannot be rolled forward. 

How to roll forward FEM Site Information:

 Your facility must have a FEM 2023 assessment completed at least as far as ASC (Self Assessment Completed) status in order to roll forward. If FEM is in ASC the self assessment data will be rolled forward, if FEM is in VRF (Verification Finalized) the verified data will be rolled forward. 

1. Navigate to Facility Data Manager and click Submit Data.
2. If you have a FEM 2023 submitted you will be prompted to roll your FEM data forward, if you wish to roll forward click Continue Submission. If you do not wish to roll your FEM data forward, uncheck the box and then continue to enter site information manually. 
3. The assessment will import your site information from FEM 2023 and mostly complete the Site  section for you.
4. We recommend reviewing the data to ensure it is up to date with your current information and to update the permits table as needed.
5. Once site information has been rolled forward from FEM the first time, it will continue to roll forward in future FDM submissions so that you only need to enter quantitative data.
