How to Purchase FEM

NOTICE 

  1. Facilities can now purchase a renewal up to 180 days before their expiration date. If a facility is within 180 days of their expiration, they can purchase a new subscription that will be added to their existing subscription.
    • For example, if:
      • The current date is November 1, 2025 
      • A facility's subscription ends at the end of the month on November 30, 2025 
      • The facility purchases a 1-year subscription
      • Then the facility's new expiration date is November 30, 2026.
  2. In addition, if a facility downgrades their subscription, it will affect their current subscription. 
    • For example, if:
      • There are 6 months left in a facility's Standard subscription
      • The facility decides to downgrade their subscription to Light for the next year
      • Then the new subscription tier for the next 18 months (6 months of the remaining subscription + 12 months of the new subscription) will be the Light subscription. 
      • We recommend that facilities make any subscription changes closer to the facility's subscription expiration date.

 

Purchasing FEM for your Account

  1. Click Subscriptions from the upper right drop down menu

     
  2. If you're purchasing for your account, scroll down to view the subscription plans.
     
  3. If you only want to purchase FEM, select Higg FEM Environmental under the Standard plan. If you want to purchase both FEM and FSLM, select the Complete plan. Click here to read more about subscription plans.

     
  4. Click Select under the subscription plan.

     
  5. Review your purchase summary and select your payment method. We accept credit cards, Alipay, or wire transfer. Enter your payment details to purchase.

     
  6. Once you've successfully purchased, you'll see a green banner on the home page.

 

Purchasing FEM for other Accounts

  1. Click Subscriptions from the upper right drop down menu

     
  2. If you're purchasing for others, select For other accounts.
     
  3. If you only want to purchase FEM, select Higg FEM Environmental under the Standard plan. If you want to purchase both FEM and FSLM, select the Complete plan. Click here to read more about subscription plans.

     
  4. Click Select on the plan.

     
  5. On the next page, search for the account you're purchasing a subscription for. Select the red plus sign to select the account.

     
  6. Review your purchase summary and select your payment method. We accept credit cards, Alipay, or wire transfer. Enter your payment details to purchase.
     
  7. Once you've successfully purchased, you'll see a green banner on the home page.
