- The facility should conduct a thorough review of its child labor practices to ensure full compliance with national and international legal requirements. Even if violations are minor, they should be corrected promptly.
- Regular internal audits should be conducted to check for compliance with child labor laws, and management should be regularly trained on how to identify and address gaps in legal compliance.
