You can only add or remove facilities from static segments. The segment type (static vs. dynamic) is determined when you create a segment.
- Dynamic segments automatically update as companies are added and removed from your network or if their properties change.
- Static segments will not automatically update. It will represent a snapshot in time.
How to add facilities from the Network tab
Navigate to Network
If you want to add a facility to a static segment, click the check box next to the desired facility followed by Add to static segment. Use the search bar to find the static segment, or you can also add the facility to a New Static Segment.
How to remove facilities from the Network tab
You can remove facilities from a static segment from the Network tab. Choose this option if you want to completely remove the facility from your Network. If the facility is in more than one segment, it will also remove the facility from all corresponding segments.
- Navigate to Network
- From the Network table, check the box next to the facility you want to remove. Select Remove from the black navigation bar.
- The pop-up window shows how many active segments the company will be removed from. In this example, the selected facility will be removed from 4 active segments.
- If you see this notification, you've successfully removed the facility.
How to remove facilities from the Segments tab
You can also remove facilities from a static segment from the Segments tab. Choose this option if you want to remove one or more facilities from a single static segment. The facility will still remain in your Network.
- Navigate to Segments.
- From the Segments table, look for a static segment under the Type column. Click on the segment name.
- Select the facilities you want to remove, and select Remove from the black navigation bar.
- Select Remove from the pop-up window to remove the facility from the segment.
- If you see this notification, you've successfully removed the facility.
Module Share Notifications
Module share requests are automatically sent to facilities when emails are enabled in campaigns. There are two locations where you'll see module share notifications: the Supply Chain dropdown and section headers.
If you see blue notification bubbles next to an assessment type, this means:
- There are modules that are shared with you that you haven't been accepted yet
- There are requests to share your module that you haven't yet approved
Supply Chain Dropdown
Clicking on the blue notification bubble will bring you to the appropriate Modules table.
Section Headers
If you have blue notification bubbles in the Supply Chain dropdown, these will be mirrored in the Network, Segments, and Campaigns section headers.
Clicking on the blue notification bubble in the section header opens a pop up to review shares of that assessment type.
- Select Accept All to bulk accept.
- Select Accept/Decline to review each share individually.
- Select Details in Module if you want to view the request in the corresponding Modules table.
