Navigation
Navigate to Supply Chain, followed by Network.
On the right-hand corner, click Manage Companies.
Upload
This will show you the Upload tab, where you can add new companies or update existing companies in your Network.
Download the Example CSV by selecting the blue hyperlink on the right side of the window.
This csv file is used to both add new companies and update existing companies.
Upload - Add New Companies
Use the bulk upload to upload up to 1,500 companies. Just upload a batch company file in CSV format that includes as many of the following fields for each company: Worldly (Higg) ID, Account ID, OAR ID, Custom Account ID, Social Credit ID, Tax ID, Emails, Location, Company Name, Tags. Download the example CSV to help format your list.
Use the tags column in the CSV file to include tags for each factory. You may upload multiple tags per factory by separating the tags with a semicolon (e.g., tag 1;tag 2;tag 3).
Once you've downloaded the Example CSV file, begin filling it out.
| Worldly (Higg) ID |
The shorter numeric string used as a unique identifier.
Ex: 138382 |
| Account ID |
The longer alphanumeric string used as a unique identifier.
Ex: 3b7027750db4d52e5079a… |
| OAR ID |
Formerly known as OS ID, this is a 15-character unique Open Supply Hub ID associated with facility accounts.
Ex: CN2019067NZ95AM |
| Custom Account ID | The custom ID for the matched record (if the account has one). |
| Social Credit ID | A unique 18-digit national business registration number issued to all businesses and other entities in China. |
| Tax ID | The unique company tax ID. |
|
Multiple email addresses are accepted, but must be separated by a semicolon.
The system will look for matching Worldly account user email addresses.
If you want to invite non-Worldly users to create an account on the Worldly platform, you must include their email address. |
|
| Location |
For each record where the full address is unknown, try to be as specific as possible. If the street name is unknown, try to at least provide the City and Country.
The system will look for Worldly accounts that have an address within a 100-meter radius of the location. |
| Company Name |
The system will search for the exact string provided.
For example, if “Company, Inc.” is entered, it will look for that exact string and yield results that contain “Company, Inc.”
You must manually review potential matches if an exact match is not found. |
| Tags |
Use the tags column in the CSV file to include tags for each factory.
You may upload multiple tags per factory by separating the tags with a semicolon (e.g., tag 1;tag 2;tag 3).
Tags will only be applied to the facility and not to modules and/or assessments. We recommend using tags to create segments. |
The sample CSV bulk upload file pictured below shows each row representing a different account.
The following rows are labeled Facilities A-F in the Tags column:
- Facility A has Higg ID, Email, Location, and Company Name
- Facility B has Email, Location, and Company Name
- Facility C has Custom Account ID and Email
- Facility D has Custom Account ID and Email
- Facility E has Custom Account ID, Email, and Company Name
- Facility F has Email and Location
Select Add Companies.
This leads you to the bulk upload screen. Click here to learn how to bulk upload.
Upload - Update Existing Companies
Update companies that are already in your network. No new companies will be added. No Accounts can be updated by including their exact Company Name.
In order to update existing companies in your Network, all you need is the Worldly (Higg) ID. So for example, you could download a file with all of the facilities in a segment to retrieve the corresponding Worldly (Higg) ID.
Next, input the Worldly (Higg) ID in the Example CSV that you downloaded earlier. Add the appropriate tags you wish to associate with each facility. Click here to learn how to bulk upload.
Once your file is ready, select Add Tags to update companies that are already in your network. No new companies will be added. No Accounts can be updated by including their exact Company Name.
This leads you to the bulk upload screen. Click here to learn how to bulk upload.
Once the file is uploaded and submitted, the tags appear in the original table.

Refer to the following examples to streamline supplier lists for the Worldly Collaboration Suite.
Reviewing Results
Once your data is submitted, you’ll be redirected back to the Upload page where you’ll see the results of your bulk upload.
- The Bulk Upload Results provide a summary of results for the uploaded file.
- Use the toggle to filter between different match types.
Review the table below to understand the results of your bulk upload:
| Match Type | Definition | Action |
| Green check icon - Direct matches |
The facility in your list matched all the criteria you provided.
|
Check the box next to any facilities with a green check mark and select Add. |
| Yellow question mark icon - Partial matches | The facility in your list matched on some, but not all the criteria you provided. For example maybe the Worldly ID and address match, but the company name that was provided doesn't match. We'll provide you with a list of potential matches to choose from based on the information you provided in your list. If you don't see a good option listed you can search manually or track as No Account. |
Review the list of potential matches and select the best option provided.
Otherwise you can search manually or add as No Account.
|
| Red X icon - No match |
We were unable to locate an existing account with the information provided.
This could be because the facility needs to create an account.
You can search manually or track as No Account. |
Review the list with no matches and decide if you want to search manually or add as No Account. |
In the example, select the companies with direct matches and click Add.
For accounts with no matches, select Track as No Account or click Search to manually find the account. Select Add. Click here to read more about adding a no account.
Lastly, look through the list of results under partial matches. Select the correct option or click Search to manually find the account. Select Add.
Search
Use the search function to manually add accounts. If you don’t find the facility you’re looking for, you can also add the facility as No Account.
Add a No Account
No Accounts are placeholders for when a company does not yet have a Worldly account. When the company joins Worldly, you can replace the No Account with the Worldly account.
Providing accurate and detailed information will help you match their account when they join Worldly.
| Company Name |
The system will search for the exact string provided.
For example, if “Company, Inc.” is entered, it will look for that exact string and yield results that contain “Company, Inc.”
You must manually review potential matches if an exact match is not found. |
| Address |
For each record where the full address is unknown, try to be as specific as possible. If the street name is unknown, try to at least provide the City and Country.
The system will look for Worldly accounts that have an address within a 100-meter radius of the location. |
| Contact Emails |
Multiple email addresses are accepted, but must be separated by a semicolon.
The system will look for matching Worldly account user email addresses.
If you want to invite non-Worldly users to create an account on the Worldly platform, you must include their email address. |
Matches
You can navigate to this tab by selecting Check Matches from the Network tab.
The purpose of the Matches tab is to replace accounts you are tracking as No Account with the actual found account.
For example, let’s say there are two accounts you’ve tracked as No Account.
When accounts are created for these two facilities, use the Matches tab to match up the No Account with the newly created accounts.
Instead of manually adding the accounts to your Network, you can use the Matches tab to fill in any gaps in your Network. In general, the Matches tab is used after you’ve uploaded companies or searched for companies to add to your network.
Now, the Match Results below show two potential Worldly account matches instead of no Worldly account matches.
Review the results in the table and select the options that most closely match your facility.
Match - Confirm Match
For the first result, check the box next to the right option and select Confirm Matches.
You will see a pop-up that prompts you to Confirm Matches so the companies without Worldly accounts will be replaced with the selected matched Worldly accounts.
The green Adding Companies notification lets you know you’ve successfully matched the No Account to a Worldly account.
Match - Search
For the second result, none of the options are a match so let’s try Search. Check the box next to the result and select Add.
Module Share Notifications
Module share requests are automatically sent to facilities when emails are enabled in campaigns. There are two locations where you'll see module share notifications: the Supply Chain dropdown and section headers.
If you see blue notification bubbles next to an assessment type, this means:
- There are modules that are shared with you that you haven't been accepted yet
- There are requests to share your module that you haven't yet approved
Supply Chain Dropdown
Clicking on the blue notification bubble will bring you to the appropriate Modules table.
Section Headers
If you have blue notification bubbles in the Supply Chain dropdown, these will be mirrored in the Network, Segments, and Campaigns section headers.
Clicking on the blue notification bubble in the section header opens a pop up to review shares of that assessment type.
- Select Accept All to bulk accept.
- Select Accept/Decline to review each share individually.
- Select Details in Module if you want to view the request in the corresponding Modules table.
