Add Corrective Action Plans (CAP)
- Go to “ Chemical management” and then “MyInventories” to view your inventories on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis
- Click on “Summary” to view your monthly inventory and check your compliance level
- Filter for Unverified chemical products.
- Please note: The label “Unverified” means that there is no verification of ZDHC MRSL compliance in the system.
- Check if the chemical product has been already added to CAP.
- Can be added to CAP by ticking the “Select” Box
- The chemical products with the “check” icon under CAP column have already been added to a CAP
- Scroll down and click “Add to CAP” Button
- Click the “Show/Edit” Button
Set up Corrective Action Plans
- Select your Remediation

Remediation: Stop using the product
- Set a DEADLINE to implement the Remediation you chose
- Select the CAP STATUS (Pending; Resolved)
- Click SAVE

Remediation: Substitute the chemical with another product
- Insert the NAME OF THE CHEMICAL
- Product which should be used instead
- Set a DEADLINE for the substitution
- Select the CAP STATUS
- Click SAVE

Remediation: UPDATE COMPLIANCE INFORMATION
- Choose the CAP action: Test, Certify or Contact Chemical Supplier
- Set a DEADLINE for the update
- Select a CAP STATUS
- Click SAVE

Remediation: Stop using the product
- Add CAS number
- Once this data is entered, it will be included for the chemical product in all future inventories.
Upload Compliance Documents
How to include compliance information in The BHive
- If a chemical is unverified, check with your chemical suppliers for compliance documents (e.g. certificates, test reports)
- Upload compliance documents.
- We will review the document and update the compliance information within 4 weeks. For your next monthly inventory, scan the chemicals again with your mobile phone or new Excel Upload option and select from the database.
